When placing an order:

  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Elaine Plus Sizes.

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.

  • You confirm that the payment method used is your own and that sufficient funds are available.

  • If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email.

  • Order amendments cannot be made after dispatch. To make changes prior to dispatch, contact our Customer Service team on 020 8554 9990.

2. Delivery

  • All delivery timeframes are estimated and may be subject to change.

3. Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided goods are in perfect condition, preferably in their original packaging with tags attached.
