Delivery & Returns Information (UK & International)

We offer a service in which your beautiful items will be carefully wrapped and shipped out with our trusting courier service Royal Mail or Parcel Force. If you item is in stock with intend on your items arriving next day but only if you place the order before 2pm Monday-Saturday. Your goods may need to be ordered in from our supplier but we will give you a time scale before placing your order. We will keep you updated and as soon as your order is dispatched we will email or text you with your tracking details for you to track.
Depending if you are in the UK or international delivery charges may vary depending on the amount of products and the weight. We can quote you before you are place your order. International deliveries may be slightly more to help insecure your item get to you safely.
Need to make changes to your delivery?
We are unable to change address once you have provided us with details. Card payments must be registered to the delivery address that is given, unable to make changes to your invoice, please make sure all the right important is give first. If you what a specific date for delivery please make one of our members of staff aware once your place your order, we can deliver at weekends also.
We hope you love our clothes just as much as we do, but we know sometimes you may have a change of heart, so we are happy for you to return your goods for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. Please take good care of them and make sure they are returned, undamaged, in a resale-able condition and in their original packaging.
You must take reasonable care of goods and not use them. It is your responsibility to return unwanted items back to us. You must return the items to us by post at your own cost and no later than 14 days after you sent us the cancellation confirmation email. If you are returning goods back to us we will not be responsible for potential loss or damage in transit. If the item becomes lost or damaged in transit we will not refund you. You will be refunded to your original method of payment as soon as possible, but in any given case we have up to 14 calendar days, of receiving your goods, to refund you.
Please note we do not accept returns on sale items. Once a sale item has been dispatched it will be deemed non-returnable. It is up to you as the customer to inform us of cancelling your order prior to dispatch where sale goods are concerned.
