Delivery & Returns – Elaine Plus Sizes

At Elaine Plus Sizes, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery service so your beautiful items arrive safely and quickly. Please read our delivery and returns information carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, contact us:

Delivery

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible and use trusted courier services, Royal Mail or ParcelForce, to ensure your items arrive safely.

  • Next-Day Delivery: For in-stock items, we can aim for next-day delivery if the order is placed before 2pm, Monday–Saturday.

  • Special Orders: If an item needs to be ordered from our supplier, we will provide a time estimate before placing your order and keep you updated throughout the process.

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details via email or text.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary depending on your location (UK or international) and the weight/quantity of your order.

  • We can provide a quote for delivery costs before you place your order.

  • International deliveries may cost slightly more to ensure your items arrive safely.

Changing Your Delivery

  • We are unable to change the delivery address once provided.

  • Card payments must match the delivery address given.

  • If you would like a specific delivery date, please inform a member of our team at the time of placing your order. We can also arrange weekend deliveries where possible.

Returns

We hope you love your items, but if you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale items are non-returnable once dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs and for ensuring items are returned safely.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving your returned goods.
