How long will my order take once I've placed the order?
If the item is in stock and ready to go, we send out next day with Royal Mail or Parcel Force, which is tracked and signed for. Some of our items may have to be ordered by our supplier, but we will always give you a timescale before you place order with us.
If no one is home :(, or you missed your parcel, they will only attempt delivery once or twice. You will receive a text message you can give the driver instructions to either deliver or a different day or with a neighbour or this will go to your local Royal Mail pick up point. If this does not get collected the items will be returned to us and you will be charged for a failed delivery. How do I return my order?
If you have had a change of heart or something may not fit.. not to worry, you must take reasonable care of your item and not to be worn. It is your responsibility to return items back to us, either by a courier or drop it into our store. You must return your item within 14 days of the day you receive your item. What is your biggest size you go up too?
Biggest size we go up to is size 34, but depending on the items this may diffuser. We can make bespoke made sizes to make our clothes fit to the perfect size for you. Please feel free to give us a call on 02085549990 and speak to one of our team.
Do you offer discount for first time customers?
Yes we do, when your calling to place your order please quote 'FIRST15EPS' for you to be able to get 15% off your first order with us.. but I'm afraid this does not include on sale items.
Do you offer refunds?
We do offer refunds but please note we do not accept returns on sale items, which means we are unable to refund. We are happy for you to return yours items for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. Please see more information on our Term's & Condition's click here
If I ordered something in the sale, can I return for a refund?
We are afraid we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items, please make sure this is right for you before you order. We do have the clothes in store for you to try on to see if this is right for you.. but if too far but you want more pictures we can send through to you.
How do I pay for my goods?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express cards & PayPal or bank transfers, whenever you feel comfortable paying with. We also accept personal or business cheques but we only realise the goods once the funds have cleared. We only take orders over the phone.
